The Linfield University-Good Samaritan School of Nursing graduated its first students from the Master of Science in Nursing program in August 2021. The five-person cohort was recognized in the inaugural Hooding and Pinning Ceremony on the Portland campus. The MSN program, which debuted in September 2020, marked Linfield’s return to graduate-level programs after a nearly 30-year hiatus. The students, all working nurses, completed their studies amid pandemic and wildfires.
