In May, Dan Khazaei ’24 walked across the commencement stage with his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology. In doing so, the 18-year-old became the youngest known graduate in Linfield’s history.
When his high school classes moved online due to the pandemic, Khazaei used his free afternoons to take additional credits. He would graduate from Lincoln High School in 2021 and Portland Community College in 2022. He plans to attend Portland State University in the fall to pursue a doctorate.
