The Linfield-Good Samaritan School of Nursing welcomed its first cohort of students into the Master’s Entry into Professional Nursing program in January 2023. This program, the first in Oregon, creates a pathway for students with a non-nursing bachelor’s degree to enter the field with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in only 15 months. The inaugural cohort was filled to capacity at 24 students. Applications for the next MEPN cohort, beginning in January 2024, will be available starting in April.
