In July, President Davis announced a restructuring of Linfield’s leadership team. The following changes were made to realign positions to meet strategic goals:
- Gerardo Ochoa was promoted to the new role of vice president of enrollment management and student success, bringing together the admission, financial aid and registrar offices.
- After serving in an interim capacity, Allison Horn was promoted to associate vice president of administration. Horn has been at Linfield since 2010.
- After 11 years at Linfield, Susan Agre-Kippenhan stepped down as provost and vice president of academic affairs. Mark McPhail joins Linfield on August 15 as interim provost. McPhail most recently served as a communications professor at Indiana University Northwest.
- After 12 years at Linfield, Susan Hopp stepped down as vice president for student affairs and admission. Jeff Mackay ’88, dean of students, was named interim vice president for student affairs.
- The evaluation of candidates for the next chief financial officer is in progress, with Glen Giovannetti ’84 serving in an interim role since early 2022.
